Only 2 companies were producing textiles in Mexico for the automotive market (TEXEL & AMERICAN TEXTIL)
1999
AUNDE (German worldwide group) bought the automotive part of TEXEL.
1984
TEXEL (Part of the PLIANA Group) bought new looms for velvet production (Automotive & Upholstery market).
2003
BUSTEXTIL was created by purchasing the assets of Aunde (Bus fabric only).
